🎨 Better Avatar Contrast

We’ll be the first to admit it: some of our avatar initials were playing a bit too much hide-and-seek lately. If your department color was set to a light yellow or a soft pastel, the white text on top was pretty much invisible. That’s on us!

We’ve updated the way avatars behave so they are now much easier to read. From now on, your initials will automatically switch between black and white text depending on how light or dark your department color is. No more squinting required to see who is who.

Bug Fixes 🐛

• Fixed a readability issue where white initials were blending into light-colored department backgrounds.

• Improved color logic to ensure high contrast across all areas where member avatars appear.
