Stealth Mode: Hide Names for Cleaner Views & Exports 🕵️‍♂️

Keep the Structure, Keep the Privacy 🤫

Whether you’re sharing an org chart in a public presentation or sending a PDF to a potential hire, we know that sometimes you want to show the "who goes where" without showing the "who."

Today, we’re introducing a new Hide Names toggle. Now you can keep your team’s sensitive data private while still highlighting your company’s impressive structure.

How it works:

  • One-click privacy: You’ll find the new toggle inside the View menu. Switch it on, and names will instantly be replaced with generic icons or empty strings depending on your view.

  • Settings that stick: This isn't just a temporary filter. The setting is saved per-chart, so when you come back tomorrow, your names will stay hidden.

  • Ready for export: Your exports (PNG and PDF) will respect this setting, making it perfect for creating anonymous templates or public-facing documents.

What exactly changes?

  • Tree, Compact, and Table Views: Names are swapped out for clean, generic placeholders.

  • What stays put: To keep your charts useful, we’ve kept Job Titles, Department colors, employment badges, and your overall reporting structure visible.

Go ahead and give it a spin in the View menu! It’s the easiest way to share the big picture without oversharing the details.
